Meet the Minds Behind Your Financial Growth
Our team combines decades of psychology and financial expertise to help you build healthier relationships with money through understanding, not judgment.
Diverse Backgrounds, Shared Mission
We believe financial wellness starts with understanding the psychology behind spending decisions. Our team brings together clinical psychology, behavioral economics, and real-world financial experience to create meaningful change.
Clinical Psychology Foundation
Our approach starts with understanding the emotional triggers behind financial decisions. We've worked with clients struggling with everything from impulse buying to financial anxiety, developing practical strategies that address root causes rather than symptoms.
Behavioral Economics Research
We study how people actually make money decisions—not how they should make them. This research background helps us create programs that work with human nature instead of fighting against it, making sustainable change more achievable.
Personal Financial Experience
Every team member has navigated their own financial challenges—from student debt to career transitions to family financial planning. We bring this lived experience alongside professional expertise to create authentic, relatable guidance.
Featured Team Member
Each month, we highlight one of our team members and their unique perspective on financial psychology. This gives you insight into the diverse experiences that shape our approach.

Sebastián Hartwell
Lead Behavioral Analyst
Sebastián spent his early career in traditional financial planning before realizing that spreadsheets and budgets only work when people actually use them. After returning to university for a psychology degree, he developed our signature approach to understanding spending triggers. His research on emotional spending patterns has been featured in several academic journals, but he's most proud of helping over 2,000 individuals develop healthier money habits since 2019.
Our Collective Approach
We reject the idea that financial struggles are simply a matter of willpower or mathematical understanding. Instead, we recognize that money management is deeply personal and often tied to experiences, emotions, and ingrained patterns developed over years. Our programs launching in autumn 2025 will reflect this understanding through practical, compassionate guidance.
